Orders received for in-stock items will ship in 24 hours once an order is approved during normal business hours M-F. Backorders typically ship within 3 business days depending on supplier availability. In-transit times depend on the zone the package is being delivered too. Average delivery times are 1-5 days.
Small orders are shipped prepay and bill. A $3.60 handling charge will be included on each UPS and Fedex ground package. Shipping Rates are based on cost of order, before taxes:
$0-$50 = $8.95 for shipping
$50-$100 = $11.95 for shipping
$100-$150 = $15.95 for shipping
$150-$200 = $19.95 for shipping
If you need an item rushed or overnighted, you will be responsible for the additional charges and we will let you know at the time of the order what those charges will be. If you need to order bulk quantities, we will work with you to find the most effective method of shipment, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
When you submit an order, the information that you entered will be sent back to you to confirm that the information is correct. For security reasons, your credit card information is not included in this e-mail. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking information. If you do not receive this email, you are welcome to call us to obtain tracking information.
Whenever the status of your order changes, you will be able to check this online by logging into our website under "My Account" and then clicking on the "View" button next to the order you placed. Therefore you will be notified if there is any delay. If we are not able to ship your order, you will be notified of this by e-mail or called. Order Shipment The last status change will be that the order has been shipped (delivered). Furthermore we will send you an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your order right to your doorstep.
We are happy to accept returns on stock items for reasons other than unsatisfactory quality. However, there are expenses such as repacking, inventory adjustment and account adjustment. We, therefore, must charge a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%). Call for a return authorization number within 30 days to make a return.
We take steps to assure and guarantee that shipments arrive in proper condition at the receiving point of the customers. Products damaged in transit will be replaced at no extra charge provided you have notified the shipping carrier of damages immediately upon receipt of the shipment. Before returning any items to us, you must first call customer service at 866-679-4373 for a return materials authorization number (RMA#).
Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused.
The purchased goods must be returned back within 10 days after they have been shipped. This means that the ship date of the return goods must be within this 10 day period.
Only unopened, sealed drug tests may be returned for credit. Merchandise must be undamaged and in the same condition as originally sent.
